Structure summary
This is where you can see all the facilities of your organization. You can click on any facility to see more details about it. These details include the assets that belong to the selected facility.

Check the Show ID box to display the IDs of each structure next to it.

Check the Show Assets Count box to display the number of assets tied to each structure.

Upon clicking on any facility’s name, you’ll be directed to Assets > General. Here, you can see the Table of Assets for this facility.

You can view and create assets in this facility.

Import and/or export data as required.

Next to each facility, you can see three dots. Upon clicking on it, you’ll see two options:

Buttons on top
You can use the Import data and Export data buttons on the top right side of the page to import and export data about buildings, floors, rooms, and locations.

Other than importing and exporting data, you can also use the + Add Location button to add a new location.
Filters

You can apply filters by clicking the All facility attributes drop-down.

You can choose to apply filters on the required rooms or floors by selecting options from the All levels drop-down.

After selecting the required fields, click the Apply button.
Expandable facility names
Each facility’s name has a + icon next to it. It is an expandable section. Clicking on the + icon will reveal all the buildings of the facility.

Click on the +Add Building to add a new building to this facility.
Expandable building names
Each building of a facility is also expandable. Click on the + icon next to a building’s name to see all the areas of this building where assets are located.
Expandable floor name
The floor names within an expandable building name can be further expanded to see the floors or levels of a building. You can see the + icon next to a floor name.

Click the + icon to expand the floor and see all the rooms.

Use the + Add room button to add a new room on this floor.
*Note: Each facility, building, floor, and room names are click-able and will direct you to assets associated with that facility, building, floor, or room respectively.
